Rates shown are per square foot, per visit, and are confirmed at your walkthrough. Medical-grade spaces (bloodwork, dental, treatment rooms) use our medical rate, which covers hospital-grade disinfectants and clinical protocols. Minimum $350 per month so every visit gets the full checklist. Save 5% with a 12-month agreement and 5% for two or more locations; those are the only discounts we offer, to anyone.
